If your phone is dual SIM, the Connecty SIM should be the only one inside the phone in the main slot.
If your flight itinerary changes, you must notify us at least two days in advance.
The dollar value will be equivalent to the day the purchase is made.
The SIM card does not expire, so it can be recharged for future trips within the next 12 months.
Unlimited plans do NOT allow data sharing, but it is possible for plans paid per GB.
If you choose the plan with minutes to Colombia and the United States, you will have an assigned phone number .
If you choose the plan with no minutes, you will only have data.
Only if you choose the plan with minutes to Colombia and the United States will you be able to share 3G speed internet with other devices.
RECHARGES: Recharges are available once the plan expires, for the same capacities that we have available.
