Terms and Conditions: iPhone 17 PRO MAX Giveaway

This activity is organized by Conecty with the aim of rewarding the purchase of data plans by raffling off an iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB.

Participation Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following criteria may participate:

  • Make a minimum purchase of $20 USD of any Conecty plan between 00:00 on May 1, 2026, and 23:59 on June 30, 2026.

Exclusions: employees of the organizer, their direct relatives up to the second degree, and associated advertising agencies may not participate.

Each purchase that meets the minimum amount is equivalent to one (1) chance to win. There is no limit to the number of entries per user, provided that separate invoices or purchase receipts are generated.

Raffle Dynamics:

One (1) single prize will be raffled, consisting of:

  • Product: iPhone 17 Pro Max.
  • Capacity: 256 GB.
  • Color: subject to availability
  • Estimated commercial value: $1,200 USD

Conditions: the prize is not exchangeable for cash, store credit, or other products. The device's warranty is governed by the manufacturer's (Apple) policies.

Winner selection and notification:

  • Draw date: July 23, 2026
  • Method: the draw will be conducted randomly via the AppSorteos application on July 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. COL time and will be broadcast on @conectyco's Instagram.
  • Notification: the winner will be contacted via WhatsApp and the email registered with their purchase within 24 hours after the draw.

Expiration: if the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Conecty reserves the right to select an alternate winner or declare the prize void.

Responsibility and Modifications:

Conecty is not responsible for the improper use of the prize by the winner or for additional unspecified expenses (e.g., data plans, extra accessories).

Additional Considerations:

  • The promotion applies to all payment methods except cash dollars.
  • The promotion is not exchangeable for money or any other goods or services.
  • Promotional products are not eligible for money back.
  • Promotional products are not eligible for free national shipping for exchanges; in other words, if a customer wants to exchange a physical SIM that is on promotion, the customer must bear the shipping costs.
