Terms & Conditions: complimentary baggage cover

1. Activity Definition:

The "Free Luggage Coverage" promotion (hereinafter, "The Promotion") is organized by Be Me Case LLC through the Conecty brand. The customer will receive free luggage coverage for each SIM/eSIM purchased for $20 USD or more. 

 2. Validity:

Valid globally during Conecty's Happy Days:
- May 7 and 8, 2026
- May 14 and 15, 2026
- May 21 and 22, 2026

 3. Authorized Sales Channels:

The Promotion applies exclusively to purchases made through:

  • Website www.conecty.co

  • WhatsApp: +57 305 255 5249

  • Sales points in Medellín and El Dorado Airport - Bogotá.

4. Mechanics and Benefit Conditions:

  • Applies to purchases of SIM/eSIM for any Conecty plan.

  • SIMs will only be delivered to addresses within the cities of Medellín and Bogotá; any other delivery location may incur additional costs and time or may not be covered for dispatch.

 5. Luggage Coverage Conditions:

For each SIM/eSIM purchased for $20 USD or more, the customer will receive a gift consisting of luggage coverage, which includes:

  • To redeem the benefit, you must write to us on WhatsApp +57 305 255 5249 with the word "GIFT" and the email address you used for the purchase to issue the luggage coverage. 

  • Under no circumstances can the gift be exchanged for money, store credit, or discounts on the value of purchased plans.

  •  The gift is not subject to returns or exchanges.

  • It can be used until December 31, 2026.

 6. Exclusions and Restrictions:

  • This promotion cannot be combined with other discount coupons, current promotions, or distributor prices.

  • All complaints, requests, or claims must initially be directed to the authorized service channels. Conecty is not responsible for any situation that has not been previously reported in writing through these channels and for which a minimum response period of 15 business days has not been provided.

  • All purchases made under this promotion will be subject to Conecty's own policies. By making a purchase, you accept the application of these policies, which can be consulted via the links provided below.

7. Responsibility and Modifications:

Conecty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion in case of fraud, cyber-attacks on the website, or force majeure situations that prevent its proper execution.

 Additional Considerations:

  • The promotion applies to all payment methods except cash dollars.

  • The promotion is not redeemable for money, or for any goods or services.

  • Promotional products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Promotional products are not eligible for free national shipping for exchanges; that is, if a customer wishes to exchange a physical SIM card that is part of a promotion, they must cover the shipping costs.
