The plans are data-only. They do not include an assigned phone number.

Unlimited plans do NOT allow data sharing.

You need to enable data roaming for the plan to work correctly. This does NOT incur any extra costs.

The eSIM does NOT allow recharging.

For the eSIM, the QR code can be read up to 5 times, as long as it is done on the same device.

For physical SIM cards, top-ups are available once you've used up your data allowance or plan validity period, for the same amounts we have available. To top up, please contact us via our WhatsApp support line.

For Taiwan and Hong Kong, you need to complete an additional identity verification, which is done via a link sent to you via SMS when you arrive at your destination.

The SIM/eSIM has a built-in VPN for Asia.
