Make sure your mobile device has unlocked bands and is compatible with 4G/5G browsing. iPhone or Samsung models released after 2014 will work correctly on the carrier's networks.
SIM card activation is carried out according to the indicated date and the type of plan purchased.
If your phone is dual SIM, the Connecty SIM must be in the main slot.
The dollar value will be equivalent to the day the purchase is made.
The plans are data-only and do not include an assigned phone number.
Enable data roaming on your phone to connect the plan.
The SIM card has 90 days for the installation process and is activated upon arrival at your destination.
The SIM card has no expiration date, so you can top it up for future trips within the next 12 months.
Unlimited plans do NOT allow data sharing, but it is possible for plans paid per GB.
RECHARGES: Recharges are available once you have used up your GB or the plan's validity period, for the same capacities that we have available.
