SIM / eSIM GB Terms and Conditions
📶 Our plans require you to enable the Connecty SIM/eSIM data roaming feature for the plan to work. Don't worry, this doesn't incur any extra costs.
📞 Not all of our plans include an assigned phone number. Remember to ask your Connecty advisor about the plans that do include a phone line.
🗓️ You can purchase your plan up to 3 months before your trip. We'll activate it on your travel dates!
📲 The SIM/eSIM does not expire, so you can top it up for future trips within the next 12 months.
🌐 The eSIM QR code can be read up to 5 times as long as it is done on the same device.
📋 If you run out of data, don't worry! You can recharge once you've used up your GB or the plan's validity period expires, for the same data allowances we have available.
