Terms and conditions CARIBE eSIM / SIM card

The plans are data-only. They do not include an assigned phone number.

You need to enable data roaming for the plan to work correctly. This does NOT incur any extra costs.

The eSIM does not expire, so it can be recharged for future trips to the Caribbean Islands within the next 12 months.

For the eSIM, the QR code can be read up to 5 times, as long as it is done on the same device.

Top-ups are available once you've used up your data allowance or your plan expires, for the same amount of data we have available. To top up, please contact us via our WhatsApp support line.

Important: The plan is activated when you install the QR code on your phone, so if you are in Colombia and install the QR code before your trip, your plan will start using up your data allowance.
