How long does it take to receive the SIM or eSIM after making the purchase?
SIM card
Express shipping: Receive your SIM the same day in Medellín and Bogotá if you place your order before 3:00 pm. Nextday delivery: Receive your SIM the next day for orders placed before 5:30 pm in Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, and Cali. For the rest of the country, shipping takes 2 to 4 business days.
eSIM
You will receive the email with the QR code within approximately 30 minutes to 3 hours. This applies between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday (we are still working to automate this process so you can receive it in minutes).
