We need you to share your device's IMEI number with us to determine if the phone is Compatible with the local network. You can check this by dialing *#06#.

The plan does NOT allow data sharing.

It does NOT have an assigned number.

Enabling data roaming on your phone is required for the plan to work correctly. This activation allows the SIM card to connect to the networks in the destination country.

This will NOT generate any extra costs.

The plan will be valid until the contracted amount of data is consumed or until the number of days of the plan (validity) is completed.

They can only be recharged once the 30-day validity period of the plan has expired.

Your mobile device must have unlocked bands and support 4G/5G browsing. If your phone is an iPhone or Samsung model from 2014 or later, it will browse correctly on the carrier's networks.

SIM card activation takes place according to the date indicated and the type of plan purchased. Please keep this in mind.
A) If you travel for fewer days than the amount included in the package, the plan is activated one day before your trip.
B) If you travel for the same number of days as the validity of your package, the SIM will be activated on the same day as your trip.

If your phone is dual SIM, the Connecty SIM must be the only one inside the phone in the main slot.

If your flight itinerary changes, you must notify us at least two days in advance.

The dollar value will be equivalent to the day the purchase is made.
