Express delivery: You can receive your SIM the same day if you are in the cities of Medellín or Bogotá; however, you must contact one of our advisors at the following link .

Nextday Deliveries: If you are in the cities of Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla or Cali you will receive your SIM within 1 to 2 business days.
For the rest of the country, shipping time is 2 to 4 business days.

eSIM

You will receive the QR code in your email. This will arrive on the same day or the day before your trip, along with the installation instructions.
