Express shipping
To receive your SIM card the same day in the Medellín and Bogotá metropolitan areas, please contact our main line at +57 3052555249. This applies if you make your purchase before 2:00 pm (delivery takes 1 to 5 hours).
Nextday Delivery: You can receive your SIM the next day for orders placed before 5:30 pm in Medellín, Bogotá, Armenia, Bucaramanga, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Cali, and Pereira. For the rest of the country, shipping time is 2 to 4 business days.
Shipping with cash on delivery
With this option, you must guarantee payment for the SIM card, either directly or through a third party. If the shipping company attempts delivery and finds no one home, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Important
Shipping companies deliver between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. If you provided an office address outside of these hours, please contact us to adjust the delivery. Any additional shipping costs resulting from this change will be your responsibility.
eSIM:
You will receive the email with the QR code within approximately 30 minutes to 3 hours. This applies between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday (we are still working to automate this process so you can receive it in minutes).
Delivery terms and conditions
The shipping company will attempt to deliver the order to the person who made the purchase. If you authorize a third party to receive the order, you must specify this during the checkout process.
If at the time of delivery you or the person you authorized are not at the specified address, the transport company may deliver the order to any adult who is within the indicated address, it being your responsibility to provide a reliable delivery address.
If there is a gate, the item will be delivered there. In all situations, you are responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during these events.
In all cases, and for security reasons, the person receiving the product must show the shipping company their identification, sign the delivery slip with their name and ID number, and confirm the product is in optimal condition upon receipt, or make any necessary clarifications on the slip. Ensuring this is also the customer's responsibility; otherwise, the shipping company and/or Comunícate Fácil assume no responsibility for the delivery of the product, and the shipping company may decide not to deliver it until the user or customer fulfills this condition. This situation may result in an increase in the price paid.
