REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT CREATION
To make a purchase, the customer must register by providing accurate personal information and creating a password, which can be changed at any time by accessing the account management section. The customer authorizes Be Me Case LLC to process this data in accordance with our published privacy policy. The password is personal, non-transferable, and its security is the sole responsibility of the customer. Be Me Case LLC assumes no responsibility for password-related issues.

TRANSACTIONS AND PURCHASES
All transactions and purchases made through our apps are subject to a confirmation and validation process. This may include verifying product availability, validating the payment method, verifying invoices (if applicable), and ensuring that the selected payment method meets the requirements. In some cases, additional verification may be required via email, phone call, or messaging apps such as WhatsApp or Telegram.
The prices of the products offered in our applications are valid only for purchases made in the respective application.
TERMS OF SALE
Signal reception is subject to zone validation prior to purchase. The customer understands that there are specific areas, such as remote locations, mountains, deserts, and less populated regions, where reception may be limited or nonexistent. By proceeding with the purchase, the customer accepts this limitation.
Our mobile services are provided in partnership with local network operators in each country. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the relevant network operator (which will be published on the operator's website).
Be Me Case LLC reserves the right to modify prices, capacities, and plans at any time, in accordance with changes communicated by our network partners.
By purchasing a virtual SIM (eSIM), the user acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for verifying that their device is compatible with the technology. No refunds will be offered if the eSIM is incompatible with the user's device.
By purchasing through our website or mobile app, the user affirms that they are of legal age (18 years or older). Be Me Case LLC is not responsible if the information provided is false, inaccurate, or not the user's own. The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information they provide.
It is the user's responsibility to pay the full price of any purchase made, using a valid credit/debit card or any other payment method accepted by the platform. Be Me Case LLC is not obligated to provide any product or service until full payment is received. Although we offer a secure connection for transactions, Be Me Case LLC is not liable for failures or damages resulting from communication problems with banks, payment providers, or credit institutions.
The total purchase value includes the price of the product/service, applicable taxes, and shipping costs (if applicable, depending on the destination country or city).
Be Me Case LLC is committed to reviewing and updating product prices regularly, and the customer should be aware of any fluctuations at the time of payment.
ANTI-FRAUD CONTROL

SOURCE OF FUNDS
The client voluntarily and solemnly declares that:
1. The funds used for the purchase come from legal operations, professions, occupations, or businesses.
2. The funds used for the purchase did not come from any criminal activity, including those stipulated by U.S. law or international regulations.
3. The funds are not related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
4. The client has never allowed third parties to use their bank accounts or credit/debit cards to deposit or manage illicit funds.
5. The client releases Be Me Case LLC from any liability arising from false or misleading information provided, and accepts full responsibility for any consequences.
Be Me Case LLC reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy at any time.
