What does the promotion consist of?

When you purchase 1 (one) 3GB plan for the United States, Europe, or LATAM, you receive a 2nd plan for free, identical to the one purchased (same destination, same GBs, and same conditions).


Participating plans:

Applies only to:

  • 3GB plan for the United States
  • 3GB plan for Europe
  • 3GB plan for LATAM


The free plan will be exactly the same as the paid plan (same region and 3GB).

The promotion applies to purchases of eSIM or physical SIM.


Mandatory usage condition: 2 different users

The 2-for-1 offer is valid only for 2 different travelers/users.

To activate the promotion during the purchase process the details of both travelers will be requested to register each plan in the system.


Validity and channels where it applies: 

  • Validity: from February 12 to February 19, 2026.

  • Enabled channels: website, WhatsApp, social networks (@conectyco), El Dorado Airport point of sale.


Important considerations: 

  • The second free plan is 1 per purchase (2 plans in total: 1 paid + 1 free).

  • The promotion applies only to the 3GB plan for the indicated regions (United States, Europe, or LATAM).

  • Both plans must be identical in region.

  • Information for both travelers is required to register each plan correctly.

  • If you are making your purchase through the website, you must add both 3GB plans to the cart, and you only pay for 1 at checkout. The 2-for-1 offer will be applied at checkout.


Additional considerations:

  • The promotion applies to all payment methods except cash dollars.

  • The promotion is not redeemable for money, or for any goods or services.

  • Promotional products are not eligible for money refunds.

  • Promotional products are not eligible for free national shipping for exchanges; that is, if you wish to exchange a promotional physical SIM, the customer must bear the shipping costs.

GB plans have 2 key concepts:
- Capacity (GB): the total amount of data you can use for browsing.
- Validity (days): the maximum time the plan will be active.

How GB plans work:
The plan you choose ends when one of these two situations occurs first:
- You use all the GB.
- The validity period expires.

Example: If you purchase a 3GB plan with a 7-day validity, you will have 3GB in total to use during that period, even if your trip is shorter. Please note that the plan ends when whichever comes first occurs: (1) you use up the GB or (2) the validity expires. 

If you use a lot (maps, social media, videos, etc.) and spend 3GB in 2 days, the plan ends on that day. If, on the other hand, you use little and have data left, on day 7 the plan expires and ends.

ConecTIP: remember that you can recharge your plan to continue enjoying internet all the time. You will receive a message on your WhatsApp when you have consumed 80% and 100% of your plan with instructions on how to recharge.
