The offer is valid for purchases of any amount through all our customer service channels: website, WhatsApp, social media and points of sale.
The offer applies to all payment methods except cash dollars.
Discounts are not redeemable for cash, or for any goods or services.
Black Days discounts cannot be combined with partner coupons or other promotions.

Purchases made during the Connecty Black Days will have a usage validity of 6 months (Deadline for activation of your plan: May 31, 2025).
If at the time of your trip the plan you purchased underwent modifications in capacity (GB) and validity, the value paid for your purchase will be considered as a credit balance that you can use on any of Conecty's current products that best suits your needs.
Promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
Promotional products do not qualify for free national shipping for exchanges; that is, if you want to exchange a physical SIM card that is on promotion, the customer will have to assume the shipping costs.
