Black Friday and Cyber Monday Terms and Conditions
Connecty offers customers the following:
On Friday, November 24, 2023 ( Black Friday) from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM and on Monday, November 27, 2023 ( Cyber Monday) from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM, we will have various discounts of up to 20% off on different types of items such as international SIM cards and eSIMs, travel insurance, power adapters, and portable batteries. The discount will vary depending on the quantity purchased. There is no general discount for all products, and once a product is out of stock, that same discount cannot be applied to another item.
Current Discounts:
- 5% discount on the purchase of any product including SIM cards, eSIMs, portable batteries, power adapters, and travel insurance (Valid only on Black Friday)
- 10% discount for the purchase of two products that include 1 SIM - eSIM + portable batteries, power adapters and/or travel insurance
- 15% discount for the purchase of three products that include 2 SIM - eSIM + portable batteries or power adapters
- 20% discount for the purchase of four or more products that include at least one SIM - eSIM + portable batteries or power adapters.
Terms and conditions
For both events, all payment methods are accepted except cash (dollars).
Discounts are not redeemable for cash, or for any goods or services.
Black Friday and Cyber Monday discounts cannot be combined with partner coupons or other promotions; that is, partner coupons will not be applied or combined.
You can take advantage of Black Friday promotions through any of our customer service channels. Business hours: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. After these hours, Black Friday deals apply only to the website.
On Cyber Monday, you can only find discounts if you buy through our online store www.conecty.co
The discounts will be reflected in your shopping cart or in the order summary sent by our sales team if you are contacting us through our assisted channels. If you experience any difficulties, please write to us at info@conecty.co
Conecty is not responsible for credit card payments that are rejected; in these cases, the user is advised to contact their financial institution to find out the reasons for the rejection.
If you purchase a SIM – eSIM, it can be used until January 30, 2024. If your trip is after December 31, 2023, your plan is subject to changes by the operator, and we will adjust the plan accordingly.
If you wish to make any product changes after the campaign has ended, you will lose the discounts that were valid during the campaign and the prices in effect at www.conecty.co will apply.
Promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
Promotional items do not qualify for free national shipping for exchanges; that is, if you want to exchange a promotional item, the customer will have to pay for both shipments.
