Terms and Conditions: Conecty Game

1. Activity Definition:

This document regulates the promotional activity organized by Be Me Case LLC through the Conecty brand, aimed at attracting new customers through a game dynamic on its official landing page, offering benefits to redeem with the brand.

2. Validity:

The activity will be available from April 30 to July 19, 2026, or until discount code supplies run out, if a limit is stipulated.

3. Requirements to participate:

  • Have a valid and active email address.
  • Only one (1) participation per user and email address is allowed. The system will detect duplicate attempts, and only the code corresponding to the first successful attempt will be sent.

4. Activity Mechanics:

The user must enter the landing page and find the greatest number of hidden characters within a maximum of 90 seconds. Based on performance, a benefit will be assigned:

  • 4 to 8 characters: 5% OFF coupon.
  • 9 to 13 characters: 10% OFF coupon.
  • 14 to 17 characters: 15% OFF coupon.
  • 18 or more characters: 20% OFF coupon.


5. Prize Conditions:

  • The discount code will be displayed on screen at the end and sent to the registered email address after the game concludes.
  • The coupon will be valid for seven (7) calendar days from its receipt. After this time, the code will expire without possibility of renewal.
  • The discount applies to the total value of the purchase.
  • The discount is valid only for all Conecty plans within official channels (website www.conecty.co, WhatsApp +57 3052555249, APP, and seguidoresdetupasion.conecty.co).
  • Coupons are not stackable with other current promotions, offers, or discounts.
  • Coupons are not redeemable for cash, credit, or other products.

6. Exemption and Responsibility:

The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures in the user's device, internet connection, or network saturation that prevent completing the game within 90 seconds.

The use of bots, scripts, or any automation software to alter game results is prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any participation that shows signs of fraud or technical manipulation.

7. Modifications:

Conecty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the activity partially or totally due to force majeure or fortuitous event, communicating it timely through its official channels.
