Terms and conditions Experience Draw 2025

The draw will be conducted randomly through the AppSorteos application on December 12, 2025, and all participants will be notified by email.

The people who participate in the draw are all those who are Conecty customers who answer the experience survey that is sent to the email and through WhatsApp (valid for people who made purchases in Conecty between July 1, 2025 and December 10, 2025).

The prize for the winner is a COP $700,000 voucher that can be redeemed for the experience of their choice at https://fanbag.com.co/ 

The winner will have one year (from December 12, 2025 to December 12, 2026) to redeem the bonus.
