What is the Connecty app?
With our app, you can buy, manage, and install your international eSIM in just one click , directly from your phone and without intermediaries . It's a fast, secure solution designed for easy self-management , without complications or time constraints.
🔔 It's important to note that, currently, data usage control is only available for eSIMs purchased through the Conecty app . A fully integrated ecosystem is not yet in place, but this functionality will be enabled for all channels very soon .

How do I download it?
📱 Enter the App Store or Play Store.
🔍 Search for "Connecty".
⬇️ Download the app and open it.
📝 Register with your name, email address you use frequently, and a secure password (🔐 more than 8 characters with one uppercase and one lowercase letter).
📩 Confirm the code that will be sent to your email and that's it, ✅ your account is now created .
How can you purchase your international data plan?
From the app you can purchase your international data plan in just a few steps :
🌍 If you are traveling to more than one destination , select the "Regional" or "Global" section to see plans with coverage in multiple destinations.
🧳 Choose the plan that best suits the duration of your trip and your needs (📆 unlimited, by days, 🗺️ destination country, among other factors).
📌 You will be able to find the countries covered by the selected plan.
🎁 If you have a discount coupon , you can enter it.
✅ Accept the terms and conditions and click on “Pay” .
💳 You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Once processed, your plan will be activated and ready to install.
🚀 Now install the eSIM from the app in one click when you arrive at your destination
You can install it from its place of origin, but you only activate it when you are at your destination .

Log in to your account and select the “Install my eSIM now” button.

It takes you directly to the phone's settings; you'll also find the instructions ( you can click on them and read them if you wish ).

Personalize your network name and activate it.

This will be deleted when I add the screenshot.

Please note that, for the time being, the app is not integrated with the rest of the Conecty ecosystem .
If you buy via WhatsApp or the Colombian website , you won't see the eSIM reflected in the app , but this functionality will be available very soon .
