What is the process to become part of the Conecty referral program?

Request your code:

If you are a Conecty customer, write to us on our WhatsApp +57 305 255 52 49, generate your code in minutes and share it with your travel referrals.

Share and recommend:

Tell them what Conecty is and send them your code. When they make a purchase using your code through our WhatsApp line, they'll get $2 USD off their first purchase. Please note that your friend or family member must not already be registered in the Conecty database (they must be a new customer for the discount to apply).

Accumulate your reward:

For every single purchase made with your code, you will earn $2 USD, which will be added to your account without limit.

Redeem your prize:

Use your accumulated credit to buy a SIM/eSIM and stay connected on your next trip. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm your accumulated balance; you'll receive an email with your balance at the end of the month. To redeem your credit, you must use the full amount.

Terms and conditions:

This document contains the Terms and Conditions for those who wish to participate in the Conecty referral program. Registered users can earn credits redeemable for future purchases by inviting their friends to join Conecty.

• To participate in the referral program, you must be a Conecty customer, meaning you must have made at least one purchase of a SIM/eSIM for an international trip.

• For your referral to be valid, they cannot be a Conecty customer; the idea is that they make their first purchase using your code. (They cannot be registered in our database.)

• The money accumulated can only be used to purchase SIM/eSIM (no cash is given, does not apply to other products sold by Conecty)

• You can get a free SIM or eSIM through our referral program, provided you reach the number of referrals needed to cover the cost of your desired plan. The number of referrals required will depend on the plan's price, destination, and service duration.

For example, if you want a plan for Europe worth $20 USD, you'll need to refer 10 people to accumulate enough money. However, it's important to note that the number of referrals required may vary depending on the rates for each destination and the number of days the plan is valid for.

• The accumulated money can be redeemed for any destination where Connecty has coverage.

• The maximum time for you to redeem your SIM/eSIM reward is one year.

• To use the accumulated money you must redeem the total value; it cannot be divided for several purchases.

• Redemption can only be done through our WhatsApp channel and direct customer service channels (offices and social media).

• The accumulated money cannot be combined or used with any other promotion.

• Conecty may reserve the right to cancel or modify the code request if it finds the purchase suspicious or fraudulent, does not meet the requirements, involves fake accounts, involves reselling the SIM, or if the customer is already part of our database.

• Conecty reserves the right to terminate or modify this referral program at any time without prior notice, and this will not give rise to any claims by customers. Conecty will communicate any changes through its official channels (website, email). Any money accumulated up to the end of the program will be honored.

• The referred person is the one who must use the code when making their first purchase to get a discount, while the referrer is the one who shares their personal code and earns benefits or commissions for each person who uses it.
