If you have a physical SIM card or eSIM from the USA and wish to validate the assigned number, you must dial #686# and it will tell you your assigned number.

What should I do if I lose my SIM card during my trip?
USA: If the plan is still active, we need to verify that your device is compatible with the eSIM function. To do this, dial *#06# and send us the information displayed on the screen (EID + IMEI). This will allow us to transfer the plan for a fee of $5 USD (this entire process is handled by our support team).
For other destinations: plan transfers are not possible; you must purchase a new plan using eSIM technology. Please note that there is a list of compatible devices for this technology. What types of devices are compatible with eSIM?

What should I do to disable cloud backups to save data?
To avoid unintentional data usage and prevent your plan's data allowance from running out prematurely, we recommend disabling automatic synchronization of the various cloud backup applications installed on your phone (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, Photos, Documents, etc.).
