How to use
HOW DO I USE THE eSIM ?
The eSIM with installation and activation instructions will arrive in your email. Here are some quick steps.
Before starting the installation process, keep in mind that you must be connected to a stable Wi-Fi network (you cannot be connected to another phone's network in "internet sharing" mode) and your device cannot be in airplane mode.
Check that your phone is compatible with eSIM technology.
Check your email, the same one you provided during the purchase process. There you will find the QR code (eSIM) and instructions for use.
Scan the code from your phone and get ready to follow the installation and activation steps.
Select the new Connecty eSIM as your default. You're now ready to browse.
The eSIM can only be installed once; if you remove it from your device, you will not be able to install it again.
HOW TO DEACTIVATE THE eSIM UPON RETURNING FROM A TRIP?
Go to Settings > Cellular network. Select the eSIM you want to remove and choose Remove eSIM.

Make sure your mobile is unlocked and is suitable for 4G/5G data. If your phone is an iPhone or Samsung device with a later version than 2014, it is going to be suitable for the Carrier network.
The SIM card activation takes place according to the stated date and the purchased plan. Therefore, keep in mind:
A) If your trip is shorter than the days included in the plan, the plan is activated one day before your trip begins.
B) If your trip lasts the same number of days of your purchased plan, the SIM is activated the same your trip begins.
If your phone uses two SIM cards, the SIM from Connecty must be the only one inside your phone in the main slot.
If your flight is modified, you must notify us with at least two days in advance.
The US dollar exchange rate will be the one of the day the purchase takes place.
